It's asking questions and sharing information. And believing in the power of the union." Believe in the power of leadership and unity. It can be very powerful." It's really important for us to make that connection." Power of strong local sites: "Face-to-face relationships are everything. It's always so much more powerful when you hear from somebody you know and trust." Site rep pro tip: "Communicate with your people. Let your mem- bers know their rights and what they should be getting paid for." Words of wisdom: "Asking people to get involved in whatever way they can is important. Everyone needs to get involved."
