DECEMBER 2023 / JANUARY 2024 Calendar MLK Jr. Day of Service JAN. 15 Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Mon., Jan. 15, is a federal holiday designated as a National Day of Service, when Americans step up to make commu- nities more equitable and take action to create the Beloved Community of Dr. King's dream. Encourage students to honor Dr. King's life of service by volunteering to clean and green local parks, pack and deliver food to home-bound neighbors, and more.
