Baioni, a member of Center Unified Teachers Association in Antelope, teaches English and art at a continuation high school that services many disadvantaged youth. "My goal with the grant is to bring in a local artist to work with my students to create a mural for the school — we are hoping to paint the mural this spring." She adds that it should be an amazing expe- rience for students.
