Association negotiated a two-year agreement that includes
a 3 percent increase the first year, a 6.5 percent increase the
second, plus additional elementary prepara tion time, an increase
in the after-school hourly rate, and a work year reduction of two
cal endar days with no reduction to the salary schedule.
