Both conferences offer grants to members of racial-ethnic minority groups to encourage minority leadership within the association. Both offer grants to members from small chapters representing 100 or fewer members. In addition, Summer Institute offers grants for ESP members, and for participants in the Emerging Leaders Track and the Member Benefits Strand.
