ith his biker T-shirt, long beard and
tattoos from head to toe, Rob Penning-
ton doesn't appear to be your typical school
employee. At first glance he looks a bit intim-
idating. en he breaks into his 100-watt smile
and tells a few jokes, and you realize that you
are in the company of an extremely friendly and
funny guy.
