CAMPAIGN 2012 have accepted three non-student fur- lough days. Even with the passage of the initiative in November, the Capistrano Unified School District will implement five more student furlough days and three non-student days. If it fails, there will be another 10 furlough days on top of the eight imple- mented. I think it's terrible that our students can't afford college and that they are going into debt to get an education."
