Asian Pacific American
Heritage Month
M A Y I S a great time for students to learn about
the diversity of cultures and ethnicities under the
umbrella label "Asian American." Educators can
start by showing one or more stories from the PBS
collection exploring the history, traditions and cul-
ture of Asians and Pacific Islanders in the United
