It is the responsibility of each member wishing to run for state delegate to fill out a Declaration of Candi - dacy form and file it by the dead- line. Each candidate filing a declara- tion form will receive an acknowl- edgment of receipt. I n o rd e r to atte n d t h e Re p re - sentative Assembly, you must pay fo r y o u r m e a l s , h o te l r o o m a n d transportation for June 30–July 7. The first caucus meeting is set for July 1, and the annual meeting o f t h e Re p re s e n t at i ve A s s e m b l y runs July 3-6. CTA will reimburse state delegates up to $1,950 with appropriate receipts. If a delegate stays within the CTA meal allow- ance, shares a room with another delegate and purchases a super- saver airline ticket (if applicable), t h e C TA r e i m b u r s e m e n t s h o u l d cover delegate expenses.
