It could be the way you make sure kids arrive safely, stay healthy, or get along on the playground. Some educators are idealists and dreamers, Makers and mentors. Oth- ers are nurturers, advocates, explorers. Your skills — your superpowers — and the knowledge you impart make a profound impact on our young people. And although one adult can be influential for a student, we know it takes all of us — education support professionals, K-12 teachers, col- lege faculty and parents — to provide the public education our students deserve.
